Home learning

We want the children to continue learning throughout the period of school closure, but we also recognise that school cannot be replicated in exactly the same way at home.

This is an incredibly difficult time for everyone and we will continue to make the health and wellbeing of all our community our main priority.

In order for home learning to be successful, it is important for families to establish a routine that works for them. Information about how to access school work while the school remains closed to most pupils can be found below.

We have also added some Free Daily Resources, as well as lots of great website links and other resources for you to browse in the box on the right. Don't forget all the other learning opportunities that children can enjoy at home, such as cooking, gardening, reading and getting plenty of fresh air and exercise. It's a great opportunity to get creative!

Virtual school for Years 1-6

Children in Key Stages 1 and 2 (Years 1-6) now have access to virtual learning via Google Classroom. Information about how to access this has been sent to parents via Parent Hub.

Families who cannot access Google Classroom can collect work from the school. If you have any difficulties or questions about home learning for Years 1-6, please contact us via the main school office on 01865 340420 or

Home learning for Foundation Stage children

Children in our Nursery or Reception classes can continue to access home learning materials on this website. You can find these by clicking the name of your child's class in the box on the right.

E-safety while learning at home

Just like we do at school, it's important to ensure your child’s online time at home is supervised. Our Trust has produced some useful guidance for families to help support you in keeping your children safe online, which you can access this by clicking the link below.
